VisoLab

License

Who owns what you upload and what VisoLab generates. The Terms of Service control if they ever differ.

Effective date: October 9, 2026

Outputs

You own the images, video, and audio VisoLab generates for you, to the extent the law allows. You can use them for personal or commercial projects. Copyright may not attach to purely AI-generated material in every country, and you are responsible for checking that an output does not infringe someone else's rights.

This is the same rule as the Terms of Service. The terms control if this page and the terms ever differ.

What you upload

You keep your rights in prompts and files you upload. You licence them to us so we can host them, run generation, and keep the service secure, as set out in the Terms. We don't use them to train AI models.

What we can do with outputs

You licence us to store outputs and make the technical copies we need to show them back to you (thumbnails and backups). On plans other than Max, you also licence us to show Outputs and their prompts in our gallery and marketing, never uploads or identifiable real people, as set out in Terms section 7.3. In Quebec that licence is off by default. We do not take ownership. We don't train AI models on your content. Other customers can receive similar outputs from similar prompts.

Plans

A plan changes how many plan credits you receive each month. Extra packs add purchased credits that expire 90 days after purchase. Credits are not money. See the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.
