Remove an intimate image of you
If VisoLab hosts an intimate image or video of you that was shared without your consent, including one made or altered by AI, you can ask us to remove it. Use the form at the bottom of this page. You can also send the same information to support@visolab.io.
Our commitment. After we receive a valid request, we remove the content as soon as possible and within 48 hours. We also make reasonable efforts to find and remove known identical copies on VisoLab.
Who can ask
The person shown, or someone they have authorized to act for them. You don't need an account.
What your request must include
1. Your signature. Type your full name. This is your electronic signature.
2. A statement that you believe in good faith that the image or video shows you in an intimate way and was shared without your consent.
3. Where it is. The link to the content, and any other details that help us find it.
4. How to reach you. Your name and email address.
What happens next
- We email you a confirmation with a reference number.
- A reviewer checks the request and removes the content. We can remove first and sort out any question afterwards.
- If we need more information, we write to you at the email you gave.
- If we remove content by mistake, the person whose content it was can contact support@visolab.io. That doesn't delay a removal.
- Don't send a request you know is false. We may close accounts that misuse this process.
More help
If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. If the image shows someone under 18, you can also report it to Cybertip.ca. Reporting to the police is your choice, and a police report isn't needed for us to act.
Our general rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
