How should I choose a plan?+
Every plan includes the same models. Pick the monthly credit pile that matches how much you expect to make. Expensive models cost more credits.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. An upgrade charges the new plan for the rest of your current period to your saved card and refunds the unused part of your current plan to the same card, so overall you pay the difference. It starts once the new charge clears, the credit difference is added then, and from the next billing date you pay the new full price. A downgrade starts at your next billing date: you keep your current plan until then, and the rest of the period is not refunded. Purchased pack credits are untouched.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. Plans and credit packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used, less a processing fee of up to 6%. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal. Details in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do credits work?+
Each generation spends from one balance — image, video, audio, 3D, and tools — plan credits first, then any purchased packs. The prompt shows the cost before you run it. Plan credits reset to your allowance every month and do not roll over, including on yearly plans (billed yearly, reset monthly). Extra credit packs expire 90 days after purchase.
Can I buy extra credits?+
Yes, on an active paid plan. Packs are 5,000 credits for $7.49, 12,000 for $15.99, 30,000 for $36.99, and 65,000 for $76.99 (USD, plus tax). Packs expire 90 days after purchase and stay usable until then if you cancel, including on the Free plan. Refundable within 7 days if none of the pack's credits were used (less a processing fee of up to 6%). Free accounts can upgrade instead.
Can every plan use video?+
Yes. Video models are available on every plan, including Free. A clip runs when your shared credit balance covers that model's cost.
