VisoLab

Trust and safety

How we keep VisoLab safe and what to do if something is wrong.

Effective date: October 9, 2026

How we keep VisoLab safe

- Rules. The Acceptable Use Policy says what isn't allowed. The Likeness and voice policy covers real people.

- Provider filters. The companies that run the AI models apply their own safety filters, and may refuse a prompt or block a result. In most cases, you aren't charged for a result that a provider blocks.

- Reports. Anyone can report content. People review reports and act on them. We don't promise to review every generation before it's made.

- Action. We may refuse prompts, remove content, withhold credits spent on violating content, suspend an account or close it.

How to report

- Intimate images shared without consent: the removal form. We act within 48 hours.

- Copyright: see Copyright and takedown.

- Anything else: email support@visolab.io with the link and what is wrong.

Child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities, with no exceptions. If a child is in danger, call your local emergency number.

If we act on your account

Where it is lawful and safe, we tell you what we did and why, and you can respond at support@visolab.io. We read every response. We can reverse a decision if we got it wrong.
